For the Love of Valentine’s Day

I hate Valentine’s Day. I always have. It’s not because I am not a fan of love. I am the biggest fan out there. It’s that I never understood why there had to be one day in the year that you express your love for another person. If that shit isn’t happening every day, I don’t want it. I know once relationships move past the “lust” stage it’s not always rainbows and unicorns. I get it. But I do feel that every single day in a calendar year there should be some aspect of caring for your partner/spouse. Even if it’s just a kiss when you walk in the door. So don’t forget your “person” tomorrow!
