TIME FOR A GIRLS NIGHT OUT?

It’s the beginning of the summer and you know what that calls for? Yes, A Girls Night Out! Instead of the same old. I thought let’s mix it up and bring together a combination of the things we love: exercise, makeup and healthy food & cocktails.

SAVE THE DATE FRIDAY JUNE 5th 6-9pm

FIRST STOP:

6:00-7:00pm– BARI MICRO IN SUMMIT NJ

A full body workout utilizing both studios with bands, weights, mats and your own body weight. My favorite class of the bunch. No tramps just toning, lengthening and loving it!

SECOND STOP:

After the Bari workout, we will take a walk a few steps down Springfield Avenue to Vita Organic for incredible apps and fresh pressed juice cocktails! YES JUICE COCKTAILS! YUM!!!! There are showers in the Bari studio if you want to quickly wash off before we head to Vita Organic.

If you have not stepped foot into Vita Organic yet, you are missing out. First of all their healthy chicken salad (minus mayo) is the best thing going. I literally pick this up once a week! The brussels sprout salad with sweet potatoes, the healthy tuna, and really all of their prepared foods are out of this world. Wait until you try their juices!!

Wood Roasted vegetables over polenta squares

Tomato Bruschetta on baked eggplant rounds

Broccoli and Quinoa meatless meatballs

Spinach stuffed mushrooms

Mini vegetable quiches

Fruit Squires with a Greek yogurt dipping sauce with drizzled honey

Light desserts and of course their homemade Vita Organic Chocolate

If that is not enough, Kelly Schultz, owner of Julu Beauty, who is a gem of a makeup artist will be doing mini makeovers with Beautycounter’s Spring makeup line. You definitely want to come see her. Her before and after’s are amazing. Everybody needs a makeup artist in their life and Kelly is phenomenal! I can’t wait for you to meet her and experience a mini makeover!
