We NEVER marks up published pricing. Any fees they charge to their clients are always transparent, discussed at the beginning of the process and always itemized.  Truthfully any small fees they charged more than paid for themselves with room upgrades, reservations and late check outs!

People think they can just book flights, hotels, or car rentals themselves, and sometimes they can, especially if nothing goes wrong. But when your flight is cancelled and you are standing in line waiting to be rebooked, believe me, you’ll wish you had called me!
